University Mission

 

Mission: To become the preeminent, private, Bay Area university integrating Judeo-Christian values, social consciousness, and commitment to the communities in which it is active

Strategic Goal #1: To offer, utilizing a variety of delivery modes, a set of high quality undergraduate and graduate programs that resonate with and are responsive to the university's stated mission.

Strategic Goal #2: To recruit and retain a set of outstanding faculty and staff committed to the university's mission and its programs and to encouraging, supporting, and ensuring student learning in ways supportive of that mission.

Strategic Goal #3: To recruit and retain a set of traditional and non-traditional domestic and international students desirous of integrating Judeo-Christian values, social consciousness, and community commitment and of furthering the mission of the university through learning and action.

Strategic Goal #4: To express and implement its commitment to its communities in ways that those communities will understand except and find meaningful supportive and ultimately transformative.

Strategic Goal #5: To establish a strong and vibrant campus base upon which to reach a global community of learners.

Strategic Goal #6: To support and implement the mission and substantive goals of the institution financially by changing its pricing model, increasing enrollment, and diversifying revenue streams.
