A Message from our Student Body President:
Welcome back Patten University Students!
Last year was remarkable and full of wonderful memories, especially for the graduating class of 2011. Now, as summer winds down and the new school year seems closer and closer, it is our time to make new and wonderful memories of our own. This 2011-2012 academic year will be amazing, because well, that’s how we are going to make it.
Years go by and everyone strives to accomplish all their dreams and aspirations by giving their very best along the way. This year, we all have dreams and desires, and not only are we going to do our very best, but we are going to make it a goal to impact: Impact our peers, other students, and the community in which we are involved . It is a year of coming together as a unified student body while moving forward to make a difference.
I encourage you to do just that – move forward. Move forward in Faith, Hope and Love. Let us get together in faith and believe that it is our Lord Jesus Christ that is our rock and strength. Let us get together in hope and be optimistic about everything we are anticipating for this new year. Let us get together in love – to love each other and our community with sincerity. With this, we will all together move forward and truly make a difference.
