Dr. Marc Porter’s expertise lies in organizational learning and development. His experience includes positions in both academe and corporations. He has directed graduate studies in human communication and led management and business programs. His scholarly interests and doctoral degree are in organizational communication. He has published articles on social constraints toward diversity in organizations, deflection in environmental advertising by corporations, and managing the common ground in organizational conflicts. He also directed education and training for a division of Intel, was vice-president of executive education for a non-profit organization, and consulted to numerous corporations on business strategy, organizational change, and talent development. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Communication, a master’s in Human Resource Development, and a bachelor’s in Public Relations.
